Become a Fundraising Coordinator

Summary of the role:
The Fundraising Coordinator is the driving force behind our fundraising efforts. Along with the Director they guide the Fundraising team in setting and achieving fundraising targets. They develop a strategy, maintain an overview of all activities in the fundraising team and delegate tasks when necessary. They maintain a list of existing funds and update it regularly, research what funds match our values and campaigns and prioritise applications accordingly, in collaboration with fund writers.

They come up with fundraising event ideas and execute in collaboration with the event organisers. They also come up with campaigns to increase one-off and monthly donors, and maintain relations with existing donors. They support the team members and set up team meetings. The Fundraising Coordinator regularly updates the Director and Bookkeeper and attends the Coordination meetings.

Weekly tasks:
- Maintaining overview of fundraising team activities;
- Establishing targets with Fundraising team and Director;
- Supports event organisers & fund writers;
- Realising targets;
- Supporting Coordination Team activities & attending weekly meetings;
- Reporting to the Director and Bookkeeper.

What you bring:
You have a vision for our fundraising strategy and can coordinate a team effectively and kindly. You enjoy juggling many tasks at once and can balance short-term needs with long term goals and targets. Money is not an awkward topic for you and you are ready to bring this mindset to our fundraising team.

Compensation:
The Fundraising Coordinator is entitled to a stipend of 100 euro per month. The role is for three months with a possible extension.
