The board of MiGreat consists of Sofie, Jieling, and Kate. 
We have 1.6 paid staff members and work with approximately 20 to 25 regular volunteers who each contribute 4 to 8 hours per week.
The board members of MiGreat receive no compensation for their activities for MiGreat.
